Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader that provides elevators, escalators and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization that add value to buildings throughout their life cycle. Our mission is to improve the flow of urban life and make our world’s cities better places to live by providing innovative solutions that help make people’s journeys safe, convenient and reliable. Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator for KONE in Mississauga?

  • Have you run a warehouse operation where you owned the priorities, not just the task list?
  • Can you keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and disciplined stock control?
  • Are you comfortable working in SAP, Microsoft Office, and online courier platforms?
  • Would you step in to handle a customer or branch call when your manager is away?
  • Do you take pride in a warehouse that is clean, organized, and safe?

If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

As our Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of our Mississauga spare parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inspection of parts, equipment, and tools, alongside inventory management and cycle counts. You will use both manual and digital systems to label and record shipments, review bills of lading for accuracy, and coordinate outbound shipments. You may also operate a forklift to safely sort materials and manage equipment.

This is a hands-on role. Roughly 80% of your time is spent on the warehouse floor, with the balance on data entry, invoicing, and coordination. There is no fixed hour-by-hour schedule, so you will manage your own time against daily deliverables and courier cut-off times. As we centralize inventory from our branches, you will become a key point of contact for internal branch teams and customers, with the opportunity to grow within the department.

You will bring 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience, ideally including some responsibility for leading or coordinating a warehouse operation, along with a high school diploma and forklift experience. Prior exposure to best-practice warehouse methods such as 5S is an asset. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. while handling various parts and equipment. Elevator and escalator product knowledge can be taught, since we have the documentation and the training in place, but we are looking for someone who learns our process first and then brings us ideas on how to make it better.

At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution. Employee engagement and sustainability are key focuses, promoting ethical practices and mutual respect. We're proud to offer experiences and opportunities to help you achieve career and personal goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We hire individuals who value culture because we believe culture drives innovation:

  • We value your authentic self.
  • Collaborative, creative, and supportive work environment.
  • Passionate about safety, quality, and innovation
  • We care about the communities where we live and work.
