About the Role

We are expanding the team again and looking for Repair Technicians to deliver high-quality repair and service work while maintaining strong customer relationships and the highest safety standards.


You will carry out repair, refurbishment and upgrade works on elevators and associated equipment, including projects such as water damage repairs, pit works, interior upgrades and landing upgrades. You’ll work on-site, liaising with customers, supervisors, and technical support.


Responsibilities

  • →Follow WHS requirements and stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
  • →Perform comprehensive repair and service works safely and efficiently.
  • →Identify additional repair needs and communicate with customers and supervisors.
  • →Ensure equipment performance, safety, and compliance.
  • →Accurately complete real-time job and time reporting.
  • →Support team members and lead technicians when required.
  • →Raise sales leads for repair and modernisation opportunities.


  • Qualified Electrician.
  • Lift industry experience required.
  • Forklift licence, Advanced Rigging Licence and Scaffolding Licence are advantageous.
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated and self- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
