Growing National Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Law Practice in San Diego, LA or in SF. This can be a remote/hybrid role.

Responsibilities

- →Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- →Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- →Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- →Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
~1 min read- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
