About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Commercial and Network team. Sitting between Vendor, Customer and Finance, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through smart pricing strategies, commercial insights and competitive customer solutions.

This is a highly visible role that blends pricing, commercial analysis, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. You'll support major customer opportunities, including RFPs and tenders, while partnering across the business to develop pricing strategies that help Kotahi win and retain customers.

You'll also have the opportunity to shape pricing frameworks, strengthen market intelligence and use data to uncover insights that influence business decisions. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, challenging the status quo and finding better ways of working.

About You

You're naturally curious, commercially astute, and thrive on solving problems. You enjoy working with data but are equally comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders. You'll be someone who takes initiative, asks questions, and isn't satisfied with "because we've always done it that way."

You'll also bring:

• Significant experience in pricing, commercial analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex pricing models and commercial frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for finding better, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in supply chain or logistics would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. What's more important is a strong pricing background, commercial acumen, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn a complex business environment.
