Acquisition Manager-GRA -Sales-Regional sales

• Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts and salary relationships from government departments, PSUs, municipal bodies, educational institutions, and other government-linked organizations.
• Generate CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business through government employee salary accounts.
• Drive sourcing of liability products and achieve assigned acquisition targets.
• Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers in government organizations.
• Maintain strong relationships with department heads, drawing & disbursing officers (DDOs), administrative officers, and key stakeholders. 
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. 
• Conduct regular client meetings to identify new business opportunities.

  Strong sales and relationship management skills. 

  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 

  Understanding of liability products and banking operations. 

  Stakeholder management and networking skills. 

  Ability to work under target-driven environments. 

  Knowledge of government business and salary account acquisition is preferred.
