→Process and monitor Working Capital products including:
- →Cash Credit (CC)
- →Overdraft (OD)
- →Bank Guarantees (BG)
- →Letter of Credit (LC)
- →Bills Discounting
- →Supply Chain Finance transactions
→Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures.
→Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification.
→Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution.
→Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs.
→Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations.
→Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls.
→Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
→Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs.
Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products.
Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls.
Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.
