You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the bank's growth and success.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, offering personalized financial solutions and products.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other relationship managers and specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in branch initiatives and events to promote the bank's products and services to the local community.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings, investments, and loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
