- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored financial solutions and products.
- Conduct regular outreach and outbound activities to engage with clients and promote the bank's services.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews and performance assessments of client accounts, providing insights for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in networking events and industry forums to represent the bank and expand its business network.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business banking or relationship management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the business banking domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to business development.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
