• Proven experience in M&A advisory, ideally within a Big Four or similar environment.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strategic thinking and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and client focus.
• Experience in team development and leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards.
• Enrollment in CFA, ACCA, or other internationally recognized qualifications is a plus.

As a Manager, you will take full ownership of M&A projects, including:

• Leading teams and deliverables across all phases of the transaction – from origination to closing.
• Advising clients (corporates or private shareholders) on strategic options and transaction execution.
• Preparing marketing materials (Teasers, Information Memoranda), financial models, and valuations.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to build organizational capabilities.
