Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Junior Consultant in Fund Distribution Services, you will:
- →Support clients in the registration and cross-border notification of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs).
- →Perform operational and administrative activities according to internal procedures and client requirements (SLA-driven).
- →Liaise with regulators, lawyers, clients, and third-party providers.
- →Assist with ETF listings on stock exchanges.
- →Research cross-border regulatory requirements (EU and non-EU jurisdictions).
- →Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of tasks.
- →Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Foreign Languages.
- Strong interest in financial services and regulatory environments.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a structured environment.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and French or German (additional languages a plus).
- Team player with a client-service orientation.
- Exposure to international clients and financial markets.
