  • Legal advisory on Corporate & M&A: provide legal and business advice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring projects, supporting clients in complex transactional and advisory matters.
  • Legal research & transaction support: conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction structuring, due diligence, and decision-making processes.
  • Contract drafting & negotiation: draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents (SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, ancillary documents), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with client interests.
  • Due diligence & risk assessment: support or lead legal due diligence processes by reviewing documentation, identifying risks, and contributing to transaction reports and recommendations. 
  • Client & stakeholder management: collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, contributing to strong client relationships and effective communication across projects. 
  • Project & transaction management: manage multiple workstreams within transactions, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge, documentation & continuous learning: prepare high-quality legal documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing, while continuously developing expertise in corporate and M&A law and market practices.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience with a focus on Corporate and M&A.
  • Additional expertise in other fields of legal practice would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage).
  • Completed Romanian legal studies (top Law faculties are preferred, international study experience is welcomed, high marks represent an advantage).
  • Membership of the Bucharest Bar.
  • A proactive attitude and positive approach to work, strong analytical ability, excellent research, legal drafting and verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service.
  • The ability to be a good team worker, who is efficient, a good communicator, flexible and adaptable.
