Construction Intern - Summer 2027

We are excited to offer a Construction Internship for students who are eager to gain real-world experience and learn more about the general contracting and construction industry. This internship is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, support active projects, and develop valuable skills that will help launch your career in construction.

As a Construction Intern, you will assist different departments with daily tasks while learning the fundamentals of project management and jobsite operations. Responsibilities may include:

  Supporting the project team with overall project management activities such as scheduling, budgeting, billing and documentation, and account management

  Assisting estimators with various parts of the bid process

• →

  Helping coordinate subcontractors and vendors

• →

  Learning how construction projects are planned, managed, and executed from start to finish

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field

This role includes both office and jobsite exposure. Interns should be comfortable with:

• Desk and computer-based work

• Visiting job sites and walking 2–3 miles daily

• Climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding when needed

• Occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds

• Commuting to job sites as required

This position will report to an assigned project team that will provide mentorship and guidance throughout the internship.
