Operations Manager - Engineering

We're looking for an Area Engineering Manager to join us at KP Snacks. This is a significant leadership role responsible for leading a team of 12 Engineers and five Maintenance Leads, managing budgets and resources, and delivering operational performance across a key area of our Billingham site. While engineering experience would be highly beneficial, we're equally interested in experienced people leaders who have a track record of developing teams, driving performance and delivering results in a manufacturing or operational environment.

  Proven people leadership experience
  Experience leading, developing and motivating large teams, with the ability to build capability, drive engagement and create a high-performance culture.

  Strong budget and resource management skills
  Experience managing departmental budgets, allocating resources effectively and balancing operational priorities to deliver business objectives.

  Operational leadership within a manufacturing or production environment
  Experience managing performance, driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a fast-paced operational setting. Engineering or manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial.

  A track record of influencing, coaching and holding teams accountable, with experience leading managers and developing future talent.
