Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

• →Develops and maintains the Quality Assurance Plan and QA procedures.
• →Reviews deliverables, code and documentation for compliance with standards and requirements.
• →Plans and leads functional, regression and system testing.
• →Designs test cases and builds automated tests where practical.
• →Tracks defects and quality metrics and reports trends.
• →Conducts process audits and recommends corrective actions.
• →Mentors testers and QA staff.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• Experience developing QA plans, test strategies and test cases.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

• ISTQB or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) certification.
• Experience with CMMI or ISO quality frameworks.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation: $55,018 – $61,131 per year
