Test Technician

• →Executes manual test cases and test scripts according to test plans.
• →Records test results and captures evidence such as screenshots.
• →Logs defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected results and actual results.
• →Retests fixed defects and runs regression tests.
• →Prepares and maintains test data.
• →Assists with updating test cases and test documentation.
• →Supports user acceptance testing as needed.
• →Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of software testing, quality assurance or technical support experience.
• Experience following written test procedures and documenting results.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
• Basic SQL knowledge for checking test data.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation: $52,959 – $58,843 per year
