FP&A Analyst, Logistics & Fresh Delivery

Financial Planning & Analysis

• →Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for Logistics and DFD operations
• →Analyze monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide clear explanations of key variances
• →Support monthly close activities, including accruals for transportation, delivery labor, and distribution costs
• →Build financial models to evaluate volume growth, route density, delivery frequency and capacity utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools a plus
• Ability to communicate financial insights to operational partners
• Experience working with ERP and operational data systems
• Experience supporting fresh food, QSR, bakery, or time-sensitive distribution environments preferred
• Familiarity with route-based distribution, last-mile delivery, or company-owned fleet economics a plus
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance cost, service, and freshness requirements
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
