We seek a dedicated & passionate Part Time Retail Sales Executive, a character that is responsible, diligent and self-motivated. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring that store displays are in accordance to guidelines and that inventory is well-replenished at all times.

Customer Service

• →Deliver excellent customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• →Handle daily customer queries & feedbacks with prompt and fitting solutions
• →Review and handle returns and exchanges in compliance with company policy

Operations

• →Support daily business operations of the retail store. (eg: cashiering function, house-keeping)
• →Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
• →Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions
• →Inventory replenishment
• →Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
• →Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
• →Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other duties

• →Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

• Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
• Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
• Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
• Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
• Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
• Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays
• Able to start in immediately
• Able to commit at least 3 months.
