IT Team Leader

Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an IT Team Leader.

• Manage IT and Cyber Security Projects for clients and report to the management
• Reporting for all IT operations to the management and creating KPIs for IT Engineer and the Overall Department
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage and coordinate Customer Support Tickets to be resolved timely
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas directly to the Management
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness of the IT and Cyber Security Team

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant Project Management experience for at least 3 years
• Greek and English Professional Verbal and Written communication skills is a must
• Excellent knowledge of technical management and computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Previous Experience in managing IT personnel
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Driver's License

• Ability & Experience in Performing Proof of Concept and Demos for IT & Cyber Security Products
• Experience in configuring Firewalls & Routers
• Active experience in Networking (VLAN, Routing, STP, etc)
• Design and implement Networking solutions such as VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc
• Designing and implementing Active Directory, Group policy etc
• Experience in Virtualization Technology (Vmware, HyperV, KVM, etc)
• Experience in Microsoft 365 platform
• Experience in Google Workspaces
• Ability to project manage
• Cyber Security Policies and Applications
• Experience with Linux and Mac OS
