• Base Salary: $275,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Schedule: 4 days per week | 10-hour shifts
• PTO: 6 weeks annually + paid surgeon dark days
• Bonus: Quarterly team performance bonus + efficiency bonus

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Active Florida CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
