This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary of $400,000-$450,000, a production bonus of approximately $133,000+ based on collections and quality metrics - with the potential to earn significantly more for high producers - a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $30,000 relocation assistance, and ASC buy-in offered after year one. Practice Model

 

You will work in a streamlined pod model alongside one Advanced Practice Provider supported by two Medical Assistants and a centralized scheduling and revenue cycle management team. This structure allows you to focus entirely on clinical excellence and high-volume procedural care while administrative support handles scheduling, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management. The practice maintains strong referral relationships across multiple specialties - ensuring a steady flow of appropriate candidates for interventional treatment and neuromodulation therapies.

•Spinal Cord Stimulator trials and permanent implants

•DRG Stimulation

•Intrathecal pump implantation and targeted drug delivery

•High-volume fluoroscopy guided procedures - 20-30 cases per day

•Evidence-based interventional pain management

•Advanced neuromodulation technologies

•Satellite clinic development opportunities

 

Qualifications

 

•MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABA or ABPMR - required

•ACGME accredited Pain Medicine fellowship - required - 2026 completion welcome or 2027 graduates  

•Documented neuromodulation experience including SCS trials and permanent implants - required

•Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume - required

•DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs - preferred

•Intrathecal pump and targeted drug delivery background - preferred

•Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or recognized neuromodulation course completion - preferred

•Clean credentialing and licensure history - required

•Commitment to intervention-first philosophy - required

•New graduates and experienced physicians both welcome
