Team Member (Gainesville)

Kubota Manufacturing of America in Gainesville, GA is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Kubota Team Members. • →Follow standardized work procedures and detailed instructions to produce high-quality products
• →Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a secure work environment
• →Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and support standardized processes
• →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• →Verify the quality and accuracy of upstream processes before completing assigned tasks
• →Maintain organized and clean workspaces through 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices
• →Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company policies
• →Support various departments as needed, including assembly, welding, logistics, and order picking
• →Cross-train in multiple roles to support operational flexibility
• →Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned

• Basic English communication skills (reading and comprehension)
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
