Kyivstar is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead engagement with government and regulatory stakeholders, shape regulatory strategy, and ensure compliance with applicable legislative frameworks. The role is part of the Regulatory Affairs & GR Department, responsible for advocating for the Company’s interests in strict compliance with legal norms and corporate policies.

- →Provide support and coordinate the development of advocacy strategies and action plans regarding defined emerging regulatory issues, industry programs, and corporate initiatives aimed at promoting a strong corporate image and ensuring a balanced operating environment.
- →Monitor and evaluate economic, social, political, legislative, and regulatory developments to identify changes and/or trends in the operating environment that may create commercial risks and/or competitive advantages.
- →Monitor events and trends in the telco industry globally and assess their applicability in the national context, as well as their impact on the Company's business.
- →Develop advocacy materials in accordance with the Company's approved position on a defined range of issues. Prepare regulatory and legislative proposals, letters, presentations, and other materials to support the implementation of the Company's regulatory strategy and plans.
- Identify, develop and maintain contacts in government and business circles to ensure effective working relationships. Determine specific timeframes and channels through which the Company can present its views and positions in a responsible and proactive manner.
- Participate in the work of industry and other business associations and in working groups of regulatory authorities.
- Represent the Company's interests in interactions with public organizations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or regulatory institutions, consulting firms, reputable law firms or in regulated industries.
- Practical experience working with legislative initiatives and draft laws in Ukraine.
- Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Native Ukrainian and upper-intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
- Higher education in economics, humanities, law, or related fields.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities.
