At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing practice within our organization. As a Consult Partner, you will join us at a unique moment in our history, shaping how our global consulting team operates today and expands for the future. You will craft innovative, mission-critical solutions for some of Kyndryl’s largest and most strategic client accounts.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will guide multidisciplinary consulting teams through complex, enterprise-scale engagements. You will work directly across the C-suite to create and position strategic change agendas that bridge complex business goals with modern IT systems—specifically where Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure converge.

Operating in both pre-deal strategy and post-deal delivery environments, you will establish a strong executive presence to cultivate long-term relationships with CXO leaders. You will ensure every engagement delivers measurable commercial outcomes while helping clients build secure, resilient digital foundations.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business development opportunities into long-term consulting engagements.

  • Lead scoping efforts, risk management assessments, and fee negotiations to ensure commercial success and healthy deal margins.

  • Design and deliver complex engagements across Enterprise Resiliency, Incident Response, Cyber Security, and AI-enabled infrastructure.

  • Maintain oversight of ongoing client projects to guarantee high performance, project quality, and customer NPS.

  • Achieve personal and team utilization targets while continually optimizing delivery frameworks.

  • Foster an inclusive, curious culture that challenges teams to innovate and grow professionally.

  • Develop intellectual capital, strategic frameworks, and thought leadership that strengthen Kyndryl’s brand in the industry.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring all project outcomes remain commercially focused and value-driven.

You are deeply customer-focused, prioritizing long-term client success and stability above all else. As an open and borderless leader, you naturally break down organizational silos to collaborate seamlessly across global practices and multidisciplinary teams.
