SAP EWM Consultant (Support & Implementation)

As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to optimize warehouse operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable warehouse processes, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure seamless integration between SAP ECC and EWM systems.

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP EWM production environments.
• Configure and maintain warehouse processes including putaway, stock removal, replenishment, wave management, and warehouse order creation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP ECC-EWM integration and queue-related issues.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM configurations and solutions.
• Configure outbound and inbound processes, POSC, deconsolidation, and handling unit management.
• Develop and enhance RF framework solutions, including custom RF screens.
• Investigate, resolve, and close support tickets within agreed SLA timelines.
• Participate in warehouse deployment projects, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Execute Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize warehouse operations.

• Hands-on experience in SAP EWM support and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC-EWM integration and queue monitoring.
• Experience in configuring putaway strategies, stock removal strategies, replenishment, and warehouse order creation rules.
• Expertise in outbound processes, POSC, wave management, and handling unit management.
• Experience in RF framework configuration and custom RF screen development.
• Proven experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of EWM organizational structure, resource management, and queue determination.
• Experience in system testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and configure SAP solutions accordingly.

• Experience in end-to-end SAP EWM warehouse implementation projects.
• Understanding of warehouse automation and advanced warehouse processes.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EWM environments.
• Knowledge of warehouse migration, system copy activities, and RDS deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global support and delivery models.
• Ability to drive continuous process improvements and warehouse optimization initiatives.
