Senior Power BI Developer - Power Platform & Dynamics 365

As a Power BI & Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance dashboards, semantic models, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical solutions to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements, KPIs, and operational metrics into intuitive, actionable, and user-friendly analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, semantic models, and data visualization components.
• Build reporting and analytics solutions leveraging data from Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, SQL databases, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop supporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse, including workflow automation and business process enhancements.
• Implement security, governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), access controls, refresh strategies, and reporting standards across Power BI environments.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot data, refresh, access, reconciliation, and performance issues, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Dynamics 365 consultants, architects, data engineers, and developers while mentoring team members and promoting best practices.

• 6-10 years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including reports, dashboards, semantic models, visualizations, workspace management, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced experience with DAX, including complex measures, calculated columns, financial calculations, KPI development, and business logic implementation.
• Strong experience with Power Query, M Language, SQL, dimensional modelling, star schemas, semantic models, relationships, and data transformation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including data modelling, reporting, and analytics requirements.
• Proven experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), governance standards, performance optimization, CI/CD concepts, source control, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

• Experience integrating Power BI with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, cloud platforms, APIs, and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Experience optimizing large datasets, complex DAX calculations, semantic models, dashboard performance, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting AMS, enhancement, modernization, and enterprise analytics transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management, application lifecycle management, and deployment practices.
• Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure Data, or related Microsoft technologies preferred.
