Your Role

As a Software Engineering Technical Specialist, you will develop solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more. You will be a leader – contributing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to your customers, and within your teams.

What you will do

• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for business transformation and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for resolving customer business and technical challenges.
• Analyze, define, and solve complex problems through structured decision-making.
• Collect, evaluate, and integrate information from multiple sources to support timely business decisions.
• Improve service effectiveness, operational efficiency, and delivery through technology and best-practice methodologies.
• Design, develop, integrate, and deliver highly scalable distributed software solutions.
• Drive the continuous evolution and enhancement of software products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams.
• Develop solutions and functionality that address customer and business requirements.
• Participate in and support the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Groom and refine features and user stories to ensure delivery readiness.
• Estimate effort, identify technical risks, and manage project dependencies.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and technical considerations to project stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality feature delivery within established timelines.
• Drive the remediation of technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and upgrade third-party components to ensure product stability, security, and compliance.
• Mentor and coach engineers on software development best practices.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems.
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the innovation, growth, and success of software products and solutions.
