- Lead individualized ABA programs via Telehealth across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

- Mentorship: Frequent 1:1 check-ins to support clinical, professional, and operational development, with opportunities to connect with BCBAs and Clinical Directors nationwide.

Requirements
~1 min read- Education and Skills: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification. Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience post-certification.
- Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, based on client needs and within the time zone of your caseload.
- Location: Must reside in one of Kyo's priority states of operation.
- Technology: Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable video conferencing capability.
- Physical Ability: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard computer equipment for the duration of the workday.
