As a Sales Associate, you’re the face of La Senza. You bring energy, passion, and confidence to every customer interaction, creating exceptional experiences that build loyalty and drive results. • →Deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences that are effortless, inspiring, and memorable.
• →Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• →Demonstrate deep product knowledge and the La Senza selling model to achieve personal and store sales goals, including Sales Per Associate Hour (SPAH) and conversion metrics.
• →Drive personal sales performance and contribute to store success through confident customer engagement.
• →Demonstrate teamwork across all zones to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
• →Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and team-driven atmosphere that celebrates success and collaboration.
• →Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and register transactions (as assigned).
• →Maintain visual presentation standards by keeping displays full, organized, and aligned with the brand guide.
• →Replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure all sizes, colors, and styles are represented on the sales floor.
• →Assist with merchandise preparation, including accurate ticketing, markdowns, markups, and promotional pricing.
• →Uphold brand standards through proper handling of product transfers, damages, and compliance items.
• →Maintain awareness of product availability and customer requests, sharing feedback with store leadership to improve assortment and service.
• →Support loss-prevention initiatives by promoting a culture of honesty and connecting strong customer service with shrink reduction.
• →Support Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• →Take pride in the store’s appearance by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• →Lead with professionalism, positivity, and pride in representing the La Senza brand.

• Flexibility and availability to work a retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours as required).
• Previous retail or customer service experience an asset, but not required — we’ll train you!
