  • Stay hands-on with selected administration, troubleshooting, and optimization while coordinating managed service providers, implementation partners, and internal specialist teams.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Engineering, SharePoint, Intune, Architecture, Procurement, and Service Delivery to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services.
  • Set the governance, standards, and metrics that keep services reliable and Games-ready.

  • Proven player-coach who balances strategic leadership with hands-on administration, with oversight of managed service providers, support partners, and implementation vendors.
  • Builds governance frameworks, operational standards, service metrics, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management, plus technology planning across roadmap development, demand management, prioritization, and continuous service improvement.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management — Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management — and of IT service management, including incident, problem, change, request, service level, and continual improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, IAM, Cybersecurity, Service Delivery, and Procurement, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication.

Valued Experience

  • Experience administering or supporting Google Workspace (Google Meet, Calendar, Drive, and Gemini) or Slack in an enterprise environment.
  • ITIL Foundation or ITIL 4, or vendor certifications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Slack administration; plus exposure to collaboration governance, user adoption, and change management.
  • Experience onboarding SaaS applications with into Entra Enterprise Applications for SSO.
