Title/Wholesale Clerk (Part-Time)

Labor Finders Waycross is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Title/Wholesale Clerk.  This position is ideal for someone with experience handling vehicle titles and dealership paperwork or someone eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry and familiarity with automobile titles.

• →Process and transfer vehicle titles for used vehicles sold to other automobile dealerships.
• →Prepare and submit title paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• →Verify title documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• →Maintain organized records and files.
• →Communicate with dealerships, tag offices, and internal staff regarding title status and documentation.
• →Assist with additional clerical and administrative duties as needed.

• Familiarity with automobile titles and title processing preferred.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

• Monday through Thursday
• 25-28 hours per week
• Flexible daytime hours available
