We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our full AR lifecycle — from invoicing through collections — while also supporting the broader accounting function. You will work closely with our US-based team, collaborating daily across time zones to keep our financial operations accurate and running smoothly. This role goes beyond AR: we need someone who understands how AR connects to AP, reconciliation, and month-end close, and who can contribute meaningfully across the accounting cycle.

• →Generate and submit accurate invoices using QuickBooks Online and client billing portals
• →Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via email and outbound phone calls
• →Resolve billing disputes and coordinate with internal teams to correct and reissue invoices
• →Apply and reconcile customer payments; follow up on short pays and unapplied funds
• →Support AP processing and coordinate with the AP team to ensure clean reconciliation
• →Assist with month-end close activities including account reconciliations and reporting
• →Prepare weekly aging and collections reports
• →Identify and support improvements to billing and collections processes

• 2–3 years of AR or collections experience
• Familiarity with the full accounting cycle — AR, AP, reconciliation, and close
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence in outbound collections calls
• Proven ability to manage aging, resolve disputes, and drive payment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; Excel/reporting skills required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
