Regular Full-time, Overnight Weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

On-Call after hours 4:30pm to 8:00am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Guaranteed 30 hours of pay

The Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) provides triage support and PRN after hours visits to home health and hospice patients. Initial calls handled by on-call clinical triage company prior to escalating to the Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN). Enjoy a flexible, autonomous shift where you can use your clinical strengths.

Responsibilities

→Ability to triage all agency patient (home health and hospice) related phone calls
→Complete all patient communication related documentation utilizing patient EMR
→Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members/program managers
→Provide home health and hospice visits in patient homes and facilities
→Travel throughout entire service area
→Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of health care experience required
Home Care experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
Telephone triage experience preferred

Additional requirements include reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, current physical exam, TB testing, and required vaccinations.
