Screenprint Float

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor, the Screenprint Float supports daily production and facility operations by unloading garments, assisting with workflow, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Each day is full of bright colors, fun products and new artwork for our fantastic customers from sea to shining sea, so you're not seeing the same order twice!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Wage: $16/hr

A Typical Day | Production Support + Facility Cleaning

• Unload printed garments and prepare product for the next stage of production
• Assist operators with workflow support, material handling, setup and department needs.
• Transport garments, supplies, boxes and materials throughout the production area.
• Remove scrap materials, empty boxes, trash, and production waste from work areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of production floors and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, workstations, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and facility consumables.
• Monitor workspaces for safety concerns and report issues to leadership.
• Other responsibilities as directed (contributing to our core value of TEAM)

Skills (qualifications) | Team Player + Reliable + Responsible + Eye for Detail

• High school education desirable, but not required
• Previous production, manufacturing, housekeeping, custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions
• Perform repetitive tasks for several hours
• Stand 8-10 hours a day
