RN/LPN PRN - Windsor of Savoy

• PRN – As Needed (Level 1 position)
• Flexibility between Day Shift 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m and Evening Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. is preferred.
• Regular availability is required as is monthly notification of availability.

The Windsor RN/LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN/LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

• Current RN/LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Ability to maintain your RN/LPN license as required by the facility or the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
• Experience with PCC, Point Click Care, or ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
