Director of Nursing

Southfield Village is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and people-focused Director of Nursing to lead our Health Care services. This is an opportunity to shape a strong clinical team, improve resident outcomes, develop future leaders, and make a meaningful difference every day.

• →Provide clinical and operational leadership for Health Care services.
• →Lead, coach, and develop nursing leaders and team members.
• →Oversee staffing, clinical quality, compliance, and performance improvement.
• →Monitor clinical outcomes, incidents, assessments, and care plans.
• →Lead quality improvement initiatives and the Clinical Management Team.
• →Partner with residents, families, physicians, and administration.
• →Address resident and family concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• →Support admissions, Medicare eligibility, and regulatory compliance.
• →Help manage nursing department budgets and identify opportunities to improve care and team culture.

• Current Indiana RN license.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 5 years of geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MDS, resident assessments, and care plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, resident-centered leadership style.
• A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
