在這個角色中，你將負責完整的業務開發流程，從陌生開發、成交轉換到客戶經營，透過持續優化使用情境與服務導入，提升客戶使用頻率與整體營收表現。

  • 負責企業客戶開發，透過電話開發、拜訪或其他管道挖掘潛在商機，完成新客戶導入。
  • 協助新客戶於導入初期建立使用習慣，提升前期轉換率與使用穩定度。
  • 經營既有客戶關係，持續了解客戶需求並提供合適解決方案，提升訂單量與長期價值。
  • 定期追蹤銷售進度與客戶狀況，確保 CRM 資料完整並維持良好的 pipeline 管理。
  • 目標與成果導向：對業績與成長目標具高度企圖心，能持續推進達成。
  • 良好的溝通與說服能力：能與企業決策者建立信任關係，清楚傳遞產品價值並推動合作。
  • 主動積極與抗壓性：面對挑戰與拒絕仍能持續行動，保持穩定輸出與節奏。
  • 客戶經營能力：能從客戶需求出發，持續優化合作模式並提升長期關係。
  • 月薪 30,000-40,000 元(依能力核定薪資) 。
  • 歡迎無經驗或具相關經驗者。
