• →Maintain, repair and overhaul pumps, compressors, agitators, centrifuges, dryers and conveying equipment.
• →Perform precision alignment, bearing replacement, mechanical seal replacement and vibration troubleshooting.
• →Maintain piping, valves, heat exchangers and pressure equipment, and support inspection programs.
• →Execute preventive and predictive maintenance routes and document findings in the CMMS.
• →Perform rigging and lifting for equipment removal and installation.
• →Support planned outages, turnarounds and breakdown response.
• →Fabricate and weld to procedure where qualified.

• Five or more years of industrial mechanical maintenance in a process plant.
• Precision alignment, mechanical seal and bearing competence.
• Rigging and lifting competence.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.

• Welding certification.
• Vibration analysis Category I or higher.
• Rotating equipment specialist background.
