Physically inspects and documents the work. This is the role that keeps the turnover dossier real rather than aspirational.

• →Perform visual weld inspection, verify welder qualifications and monitor compliance with approved weld procedures.
• →Coordinate and witness radiographic, ultrasonic, dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing, and review reports.
• →Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests and complete test packages.
• →Inspect equipment setting, bolt torque, gasket installation and flange makeup.
• →Verify cleanliness, flushing and passivation of process systems.
• →Raise, track and verify closure of non conformance reports.
• →Maintain daily inspection records that feed the system turnover packages.

• AWS CWI or equivalent, and five or more years of industrial piping and equipment inspection.
• Working knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ASME Section IX.
• Disciplined, legible, timely documentation habits.

• ASNT Level II in one or more NDE methods.
• API 570 or API 510 certification.
