As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring), you need to quickly assess our staffing needs. You have a strong ability to read a candidate’s personality and assess their skill set. You are persuasive, organized, and have the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.

  • Manage end-to-end mass hiring processes to achieve recruitment targets across multiple functions and locations.
  • Build and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and hiring events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient and consistent recruitment processes.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., hiring targets, time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness) and provide regular insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate databases and streamline hiring operations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and scalability.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable local or international university.
  • Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • 1 year in mass or high-volume recruitment (sales roles, operations, customer service) is preferred but not strictly required
  • Past experience working in, or hiring for, non-salaried roles (commission based) in industries such as real estate, insurance, automotive, MLM or any other brokerage model is greatly beneficial
  • Proven experience managing large hiring volumes and meeting recruitment targets within tight timelines.
  • Familiar with various sourcing channels, recruitment platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia
  • Elementary proficiency in English is preferred though not strictly required
  • Analytical, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
