We help ambitious businesses overcome complex challenges and achieve great things.
We create impactful solutions delivered by passionate people who care deeply about quality.
We make the first version the best version and conduct ourselves with integrity and honesty.
Our refreshing approach to consulting, which involves a deep understanding of our client's unique challenges, a collaborative problem-solving process, and a commitment to delivering practical and sustainable solutions, has rewarded us with a legacy of client confidence and trust, fuelling our vision to become one of the most highly valued consulting firms. At Lancia Consult, our people have the freedom to think innovatively, work autonomously, and be empowered to make their own decisions, whilst working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are looking for a PMO (ERP Implementation) to join our Jakarta office. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in project coordination or PMO who enjoy bringing structure to complex programmes and supporting delivery teams to execute effectively.
You will play a key role in supporting ERP implementation projects across planning, execution, and post‑go‑live phases. Working closely with Project Leads and Directors, you will help ensure that projects stay on track through strong governance, coordination, and reporting. This role offers exposure to end‑to‑end ERP delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM functions, within a fast‑paced consulting environment.
As your capability grows, you will take on increasing ownership of project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery outcomes, becoming a key driver of delivery excellence across projects. Successful candidates demonstrate a growth mindset: curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You can expect to bring consulting experience to:
- Drive Project Governance and Coordination: Support overall project planning, tracking, and governance across multiple ERP implementations. Maintain project plans, monitor timelines, manage risks and issues, and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Enable ERP Project Delivery: Support end-to-end ERP project lifecycle activities from planning through to post-go-live. Coordinate across functional and technical teams, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Prepare project updates, dashboards, and reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure clarity and visibility on project status.
- Strengthen Operational Discipline Drive consistency in documentation, templates, and project processes. Ensure project artefacts are well maintained, organised, and audit-ready. Support teams in adhering to delivery standards and timelines.
- Support Team Effectiveness and Delivery Excellence: Act as a central point of coordination across multiple projects, helping to prioritise activities and reduce administrative load on Project Leads and Directors. Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices and tools.
These experiences are not required but are an advantage to have:
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of ERP Functional areas
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, MS Project, or similar
- Experience supporting multiple projects or fast-paced delivery environments
We know that capability determines what you can do, but attitude determines how well you do it.
