Quality Control Technician – RNA, LNPs & DNA

• →Perform analytical testing for the characterization and quality control of RNA, LNPs and DNA.
• →Support analytical method development, implementation, qualification, verification, validation and transfer.
• →Plan analytical testing and experimental activities, coordinating day-to-day laboratory work with QC Analysts.
• →Provide technical guidance to QC Analysts and review analytical results and documentation.
• →Prepare and update SOPs, analytical procedures, protocols and reports.
• →Review and document analytical data in accordance with GMP and data integrity requirements.
• →Support OOS/OOT investigations and analytical troubleshooting.

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or GMP environment.
• Experience in Quality Control, nucleic acid analysis, analytical method development/validation or analytical transfer will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity and ALCOA+ principles.
• English B2 or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in a technical and GMP-regulated environment.

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following techniques will be highly valued:

• Capillary electrophoresis and agarose gel electrophoresis
• HPLC/UHPLC and LC-MS
• qPCR and ddPCR
• UV-Vis spectrophotometry and fluorescence-based assays
• Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and other nanoparticle characterization techniques
• ELISA and immunoblotting
• Sequencing and sequence data interpretation
• Microbiological testing

Experience applying these techniques to the characterization and quality control of RNA, DNA and/or LNPs-based products will be particularly valued.
