Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online).

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

We are currently looking for a freelance Portuguese language tutor for one of our clients in Detroit.

• Format: five-to-one
• Total Hours: 30 (thirty)
• Session length: two hours (total of 15 x 2-hour sessions)
• Location: at the students' office in Fraser, MI 48026
• Students: five adults
• Current language level: Beginners
• Schedule: twice per week, ideally on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon or early afternoon.
• Start Date: as soon as possible
• Motivation: "to be able to speak with our company's partner colleagues in Sao Paulo about the business and just in general."

• Be a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance position, with part-time hours
• We are not able to sponsor visas
