Your Opportunity + Impact

LDG is currently seeking an experienced Transportation Construction Inspector (TCI) to support an upcoming project.

• →Inspects, observes, and documents construction activities for Transportation and /or Civil projects.
• →Uses various computer software programs to document observations and creates inspection reports.
• →Continuously monitors work of team to ensure timely completion of project.
• →Interacts in a professional manner with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, government agency representatives, and other parties on a regular basis.
• →Communicates information, responds to inquiries, and helps resolve field issues to ensure successful completion of projects.
• →Responsible for obtaining and maintaining required certifications. 
• →Utilizes technical references appropriately for the inspection of structural, concrete, earthwork, building, and mechanical components.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, or related construction inspection experience;
• Licensures/Certifications: NICET Level II or higher in Highway Construction, NECEPT Bituminous Field & Concrete, and ACI preferred.  Must possess valid driver’s license.  

• Proficient in CDS NeXtGen or Kahua software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines effectively. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
