Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Lasko Products, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of portable fans and heaters for over 100 years, is looking to add a Maintenance Technician III to our light manufacturing facility in Franklin.

This will be a 2nd shift role, working the hours of 3:30pm to 12am. 

The Maintenance Technician III will be responsible for the following: 

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to support production requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records 
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Installing and removing screw guns, tape guns, and other equipment as needed for repair or changeovers.

• 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Ability to think proactively, properly follow instructions, and complete duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work around loud equipment.
• Must be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Must be mechanically adept
• Must possess basic knowledge of tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or equipment manuals

• High School Diploma
