This role is responsible for managing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality execution, timely completion, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical AV expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.

This role is fully onsite
Salary: $105,000-120,000/year
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AV installers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate AV installation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
  • Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to allocate resources and identify potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field as they arise.
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment necessary for installations.
