Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Technician with strong electromechanical experience to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and systems. This role requires advanced diagnostic abilities, leadership in the field, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently at customer sites. This position offers flexible work hours.
  • Field Service & Technical Support
  • Install, commission, and service electromechanical equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to meet manufacturer and customer specifications.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Provide emergency and on-call service support when required.
  • Customer & Project Support
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers during service visits.
  • Communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and parts recommendations.
  • Support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements.
  • Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices in troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Assist with developing service procedures and technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and share field feedback with engineering and operations teams.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.
