As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our marketing team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to make an impact on the future of sustainable agriculture.

Requirements

  • Identify and nurture leads through various inbound and outbound channels.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive engagement.
  • Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners.
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate distributors.
  • Deliver weekly lead list reports and updates.
  • Follow up weekly on pending demos and meetings.
  • Ensure proper conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Collaborate with AI-based SDR tools
  • Prepare monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Nurture data in ABM lists.
  • Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus!
  • Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value clearly.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work setting.
  • Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus.
