Individual contributor position responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise-level strategy. 

 Regulatory Strategy & Compliance Leadership
•    Guide and drive the enterprise packaging compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving domestic and international regulations.
•    Set direction and accountability for ensuring packaging components meet applicable safety and regulatory requirements globally.
•    Establish compliance checkpoints early in the innovation pipeline to influence packaging design decisions and set expectations throughout development.
•    Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory developments related to packaging materials and environmental claims, translating emerging requirements into actionable business strategies and executive communications

 Packaging Data and Claims Compliance
•    Establish standards and governance for packaging claim substantiation, maintaining consistency with regulatory and legal requirements. 
•    Partner with Legal, Marketing, R&D, and Packaging groups to mentor and approve packaging claims prior to market launch. 

 •    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
