Our client is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers / Home Carers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living. The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, responsible, and committed to maintaining clients' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

• →Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• →Assist with washing, dressing, mobility, meals, and medication as required.
• →Monitor clients' wellbeing and report changes appropriately.
• →Provide companionship and emotional support.
• →Maintain accurate care records and daily documentation.
• →Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures, and health & safety standards.
• →Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and care teams.

• Previous experience in care, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and nights where required.
• Relevant UK-recognised care qualification is an advantage.
