Compliance Analyst

Our client is hiring a Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level, Remote Pakistan - Based. The ideal candidate is a graduate of IBA or LUMS, eager to learn and start a career in AML/CFT compliance. This role offers in-depth training, client exposure across the MENA region, and an opportunity to work on policy development, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.

* Assist in drafting and reviewing AML/CFT policies based on jurisdictional regulations

* Participate in compliance training development and delivery

* Support compliance risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement

* Work closely with clients to implement and maintain effective compliance systems

* Stay informed on evolving AML/CFT laws and market-specific regulations

* Prepare compliance reports and documentation

* Provide ongoing support for client AML processes and sanctions screening

* Bachelor's degree from IBA or LUMS

* Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
